Description du poste

Position: Graduate Equipment Engineer - Water Treatment

As a Graduate Equipment Engineer in water treatment, you will participate in designing and implementing chemical storage and injection solutions for water conditioning across various industrial applications, including cooling towers, wastewater treatment plants, boilers, and process treatment for petrochemical refineries. You will also deploy monitoring equipment for these injections, including digital aspects.

Working as part of a team of 10 professionals, you will manage projects autonomously while collaborating with account managers to define and deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs. This role offers a blend of technical engineering and field implementation, involving direct contact with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Define and cost equipment through supplier and subcontractor consultation
  2. Design water treatment systems
  3. Conduct client site visits to assess technical needs
  4. Manage installation projects and monitor their progress within time and budget constraints
  5. Coordinate with account managers
  6. Provide technical support and system commissioning
  7. Propose tailored technical solutions
  8. Create equipment layout drawings
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Water Treatment, Electrical, or Mechanical)
  • Broad technical knowledge in electrical, treatment, and mechanical fields
  • Understanding of water treatment principles (softener, reverse osmosis)
  • Technical problem-solving and optimization skills
  • Proficiency in technical English (documentation and training)
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license; company car provided

Position based in Lille, with travel required in departments 59, 62, and 60.
