The Venus FPSO willoperatein ultra-deepwater atroughly 3,000m and is designed to process 160,000bbl./d of oil with advanced systems to manage large volumes of associated gas, which will be re-injected tomaintainreservoir pressure. The unit will be permanently spread-moored using a 16-line mooring system, engineered to ensure station-keeping inrelatively harshAtlantic conditions. The development includes up to 40 subsea wells tied back to the FPSOviathe subsea architecture.
Main missions will therefore be to :
Experienced Lead Telecom Engineer with a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in large-scale industrial projects. Strong expertise in telecom systems design, detailed engineering review, contractor and vendor management, and multidisciplinary project environments. Proven ability to ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, HSE requirements, schedules, and budgets. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English is mandatory.
The assignment will initially be based in Paris for 1 to 2 years, before continuing in Singapore and then South Korea. The candidate must therefore be internationally mobile and willing to travel according to project requirements.
