PARLYM is seeking a FPSO 3D Model Specialist to ensure the integrity, operability and maintainability of the FPSO's digital plant representation throughout EPSCC phases. Based in Paris, with international rotations including Singapore and Geoje.

You will oversee development and validation of the 3D model, ensure constructability and maintenance access, coordinate clash detection, participate in reviews, and deliver a complete as-built model at handover while complying with safety and HSE rules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of 3D modeling experience in offshore oil & gas projects, FPSO preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling platforms and strong layout safety understanding.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the development and validation of the FPSO 3D model, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure the model supports constructability, inspection, maintenance, and operational accessibility.
• Coordinate progressive clash detection and resolution across disciplines.
• Participate during formal 3D model reviews at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
• Guarantee delivery of a complete, accessible, and documented as-built 3D model at handover.
• Promote and comply with safety instructions and HSE rules.

Purpose of the role

By joining the team, you will take on the role of FPSO 3D MODEL SPECIALIST (M/F).
The 3D Model Specialist ensures the integrity, operability, and maintainability of the FPSO's digital plant representation throughout the EPSCC phases.

Your responsibilities

In practical terms, your day-to-day role will involve:

• Oversee the development and validation of the FPSO 3D model, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure the model supports constructability, inspection, maintenance, and operational accessibility.
• Coordinate progressive clash detection and resolution across disciplines.
• Participate during formal 3D model reviews at key milestones (30%, 60%, 90%).
• Guarantee the delivery of a complete, accessible, and documented as-built 3D model at project handover.
• Promote & comply in all activities with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE rules.

Location: Between 1 and 2 years in Paris - France, up to 18 months in Singapore, up to 18 months in Geoje - South Korea.

Ideal candidate

This job is definitely for you if:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in 3D modeling for offshore oil & gas projects, preferably FPSO.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling platforms.
• Strong understanding of layout ergonomics, safety design, and maintenance accessibility.
• Experience in client-side roles within EPSCC project environments.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
