Marble is seeking an Associate to drive venture creation across grid hardware, power electronics, energy storage, semiconductors, photonics and compute infrastructure in Paris. English required; French or German a plus. You will engage with founders in residence, perform research, economics analysis and portfolio management.

This role emphasizes first-principles reasoning, commercial thinking, and hands-on building with hardware teams. Strong communication and ownership are valued.

Qualifications

• PhD in Applied Physics, Engineering Physics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in startups or industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive venture creation across multiple opportunity areas (grid hardware, power electronics, energy storage, semiconductors, photonics and compute infrastructure).
• Recruit and collaborate with founders in residence to build new ventures with milestones, funding and roadmaps.
• Work with Founders to develop venture ideas, de-risk them and create investable companies.
