Airswift is seeking a Vendor Performance Coordinator MDRB for our Paris Office. The role focuses on vendor performance activities across POs, expediting, inspection coordination, and production quality to ensure on-time delivery and conformity.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in inspection/quality or project management, and a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field. Expect cross-functional work in a technical project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in a technical or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in inspection, quality, engineering, or project management.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendor performance for POs through execution and closeout.
• Experience reviewing manufacturing data records and related quality docs.
• Ability to identify delivery risks and assist recovery planning.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate vendor performance activities for assigned POs through execution and closeout.
• Review Manufacturing Data Record Books, including traceability and quality records.
• Identify delivery risks and support mitigation and recovery planning.
• Demonstrate leadership within technical specialisms (e.g., piping, electrical, valves).
• Review supplier documents and communicate risks and status to project stakeholders.
• Ensure release readiness and document control for technical/quality records.
