Let’s talk about the role
The Vice President of People and General Counsel is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s people resources, as well as managing legal matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This dual role requires a combination of strategic people leadership, legal expertise, and a deep understanding of organizational policies and laws. The role is part of the Executive team.
