Job Description:

Under the authority of the Store Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers physically and at the checkout, managing phone calls, monitoring customer accounts, handling specific transactions (deposits, returns, etc.), managing loyalty programs, processing Click and Collect and E-commerce orders, and maintaining the reception and checkout areas.
• Managing your cash register fund and mastering all procedures related to the smooth operation of the checkout.
• As a sales associate, you will be assigned to the Garden sector, providing advice on plants (greenhouse and outdoor), gardening tools, seeds, bulbs, containers, etc., receiving products, stocking shelves, and pricing.
• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an interest in gardening, you will guide, advise, and build customer loyalty with professionalism and seriousness.
• Recognized for your rigor and organizational skills, you will integrate well into a small, versatile, and dynamic team dedicated to customer service.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in a DIY store (GSB) or garden center.
