The LEGO Group is seeking a customer-facing team member for our Lyon location to greet guests, handle checkout operations, and maintain a welcoming, engaging store environment. You will support visual merchandising and ensure adherence to LEGO Brand Retail standards while assisting in stockroom duties.

This role supports customer engagement through promotions and loyalty programs, with typical store tasks and a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and handling cash register duties with a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintaining clean, visually appealing store displays and meeting LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Assisting in stockroom receiving and safe stock handling according to standards.
• Resolving customer issues and escalating when needed.
• Engaging customers through promotions and loyalty programs.
• Performing typical store operational tasks as required.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty
