Airbus Defence and Space digital is seeking a dynamic, skilled, and motivated Solution Architect VDI H/F based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a PSL (Product & Service Line) within the IT Infrastructure organization, responsible for designing, building, and operating the network infrastructure (VDI, LAN, WAN, IAM, Wireless, Network Security, Internet Access, Load Balancing).

Your challenges:

Design and integrate IT system components, meet customer requirements, ensure consistency across IT products, and ensure solutions comply with standards. Act as SME for VDI technology cluster and NetScaler technology, developing POCs and contributing to IT strategies.

Your key activities:

• Define future IT Products & Services strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in all product lifecycle phases.
• Align architecture with business goals.
• Manage requirements and solution models.
• Coordinate projects from concept to service deployment.
• Design, validate, and ensure consistency of IT solutions.
• Provide SME expertise to architecture and product development.
• Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Support operations during crises.
• Work with other architects and SMEs to deliver solutions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of infrastructure environment.

Your core competencies:

• Expertise in VDI (Citrix, VMware, etc.) and NetScaler technologies.
• IT Architecture and Product Design.
• IT Infrastructure Design and Component Integration.
• Monitoring technology trends.
• User Centricity and EiS Management.
• Project management skills.
