Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
  • Foster a customer-centric and inclusive store environment, modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and supervision to store associates.
  • Interact with customers to deliver high-level service.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and practices aligned with company directives.
Skills for Success
  • 1 year of related retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Leadership skills within the store and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Completion of Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan.
  • Experience and achievements may outweigh formal education.

Benefits and Compensation

Hourly rate: $13.40 - $20.10 USD, with a minimum start rate of $16.00. Benefits are available for some positions; details will be provided upon hire. We comply with all applicable laws regarding compensation and employment.
