Job summary

Servier is seeking a Value & Performance Program Manager to bridge strategy and execution within the Group Transformation Program Office. You will architect Value@SERVIER, deploying frameworks and tools to prioritize investments and deliver maximum impact, while partnering to prepare strategic insights for ExCom.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in management consulting, strategic program management, or performance analytics; pharma/life sciences experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate data into actionable insights; dashboards/visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value@SERVIER initiative: roll out framework, methods, and tools for value-driven investments and portfolio prioritization.
• Drive program management: maintain value roadmap, governance, and ways of working across non-therapeutic projects and programs.
• Monitor and track value: consolidate KPIs into a single source of truth for portfolio analyses.
• Act as Strategic Value Partner: challenge decisions with data-driven insights with Finance, Transformation, and Business teams.
• Foster a value-driven culture: animate ambassadors network and lead change management and comms plans.
• Support ExCom reporting: coordinate production cycle of Group Quarterly Report with data quality and strategic insights.
• Drive continuous improvement: propose AI/data-driven approaches for performance monitoring and visualization.
