Airbus SAS is seeking an ARP Value Management Office Lead to drive the transformation of our ERP landscape in Toulouse. You will bridge digital and operational teams, govern large-scale programs, and deliver measurable business value across multiple Agile Release Trains.

The role requires strong SAFe at scale expertise, Lean governance, and robust budgeting/ROI tracking, with advanced fluency in English and French and 20-30% travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering or project management background.
• Proven experience governing large ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong SAFe expertise at Portfolio/Large Solution levels.
• Lean Portfolio Management experience.
• Excellent budgeting, ROI tracking, KPI monitoring.
• Proficient with digital collaboration and AI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority.
• Advanced English and French; 20–30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and track key business KPIs and value realization frameworks.
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized epics and capabilities using Lean governance.
• Provide program transparency through dashboards, ROI tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate end-to-end value delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (SAFe).
• Drive executive reporting and leverage AI tools to optimize communication and follow-up.
