We are seeking a Valuations Senior Consultant or Manager to join a fast-growing Financial Advisory team within a dynamic and collaborative environment in Paris . This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about corporate finance, valuations, and working directly with clients ranging from start-ups to large listed groups.

As part of the Valuation Services department, you will support clients in understanding and measuring the value of their assets—be it companies, intangible assets (brands, technologies, contracts, etc.), or financial instruments (such as BSA, ADP, stock options, etc.).

Your role will include :

Performing valuations in various contexts :

• Transactions : price negotiations, independent valuations, management packages
• Legal and tax reorganizations

Actively contributing to engagements, including :

• Conducting sector and market research to define valuation parameters
• Performing financial and strategic analysis to understand business models and assess business plans
