Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la mobilité recherche un Ingénieur Validation Sécurité Incendie pour rejoindre son site à Valenciennes. Ce rôle implique d'assurer la conformité aux exigences de sécurité et de validation, ainsi que de gérer les spécifications des produits intérieurs pour les projets ferroviaires. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et diversifiée, engagée dans la création de solutions de transport durables et innovantes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 ans d'expérience dans la sécurité ferroviaire.
  • Connaissance des normes et réglementations internationales.
  • Capacité à travailler avec des équipes internationales.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser les risques de sécurité et valider les exigences de conception.
  • Définir et gérer les plans de validation en collaboration avec l'équipe d'ingénierie.
  • Pilotage des activités de sécurité incendie selon les besoins du projet.

Interiors Requirement Safety Validation Fire & Smoke Engineer (M/F) –

You will join our Interiors Component Development Site and Product Family of Valenciennes Petite Forêt , a key actor in the design and development or interior train parts as well as front ends, with more than 180 people & 22 different nationalities, mechanical engineers & designers, buyers, industrial & quality engineers, project managers & product experts, working both for French & International projects.

What are my responsibilities?

Requirements:

  • Following req. CoE process, supporting Interiors Engineering team in:
    • Clarifying and cleaning requirements,
    • Synthetizing requirements,
    • Managing requirement change.
  • DOORS
  • KPI

Safety:

  • Perform the Safety risk analysis on CDSInteriors scope, according to the Safety instructions/processes and other specific requirements committed to the Customer,
  • Identify the Product Safety Characteristics and ensure that they are managed from the design to the production of interiors parts,
  • Define and Manage the S.R.I.L. according to the Safety instructions / processes,
  • Ensure that all actions included in the S.R.I.L. are completed on time,
  • Manage the List of Non Metallic Materials on projects,
  • Maintain the Fire and Smoke test reports database.

Validation:

  • Definition of validation plan with Engineering team for project and R&D,
  • Proposition of test method to validate CDS Interiorsdesign,
  • Validate of supplier report.

Fire & smoke :

  • Pilot Fire and smoke activities on time versus project needs

Purpose of the Job/Objective

Is accountable of the Requirement, Safety, Validationrequirements on the CDS interiors scope.

  • Hierarchical reports to Interiors Product Engineering Manager,
  • Functional reports to Interiors Engineering Group Leader,

Internal CDS Interiors Interfaces : Technical Manager, Engineering Group leaders, Lead Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, CADs, Project Managers, Costing, Sourcing, SPQD Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Bid manager, Bid leaders, R&D Manager

Internal Alstom Interfaces : Train Design Requirement Manager, Integrator site Ecodesign Engineer, Train Design Office, CCN network for Materials, Corrosion, EcoDesign, Fire&Smoke

External Interfaces : Suppliers, Laboratory

Requirements:

  • Identified, Committed, Validated per phase with Engineering Team

Safety:

  • Design Reviews on-time,
  • S.R.I.L. actions implemented on time,
  • Number of Safety issues,

Validation:

  • Respect of QCD work packages:
    • % of Requirement specifications issued on time,
    • Maturity progress of requirement management,
    • Quality of tool database (DOORS),

Fire & smoke:

  • Contribute to the definition of composite
  • Follow the fulfillment of Fire&Smoke requirements till tests validation

Global:

  • Deliverables of CDRL on time

Your responsibilities include:

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Railway Safety analysis and demonstration methods and tools,
  • Mechanical Engineering educational background applied to Railway products with 3 to 5 years of experience,
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills,
  • Structured and organized with Hands-on approach,
  • English basics in read/writing (level B2),
  • French conversational/reading advanced level is preferred,
  • Better if knowledge of CATIA V5,
  • DOORS knowledge appreciated
  • International Standards and Regulation knowledge
