About the location:

Alpine chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family, who aimed to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. With a distinct French character, Alpine tradition, and an inviting setting in both summer and winter, this mountain retreat offers world-class golf, a large spa, and fine dining at Le 1920, which has two Michelin stars. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe features 55 spacious accommodations, including 14 suites, and is set to reopen in December 2019 after renovation. Our seasonal operations run from December 15 to April 15 and June 14 to September 30.

About the position:

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and suites, adhering to Four Seasons standards, paying attention to guest needs, and exceeding expectations. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility with schedules, teamwork, and a neat appearance. The Housekeeper reports to the department management: Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and Department Heads.

Responsibilities:

1. Respect service sequences for thorough cleaning of rooms and suites, ensuring all equipment functions properly and reporting any issues to the floor supervisor.
2. Change bed linen and towels according to guest requests, maintain stock levels, and manage laundry operations.
3. Keep daily room reports accurate, inform supervisors of guest complaints, and report technical problems for repairs.
4. Act professionally and respectfully, maintaining guest confidentiality and tranquility.
5. Communicate effectively with other departments, such as reception and technical teams, to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.

Profile:

• Valid work permit for France or European passport required.

Conditions:

• Seasonal contract, 39 hours/week.
