Description du poste

The Vaccines Inventory Lead is responsible for end-to-end inventory optimization initiatives supporting cash flow targets. This role co-leads with M&S Finance the Financial Inventory process, aiming to contribute to cash flow objectives.

Main responsibilities

Supports inventory optimization initiatives:

  • Develops with Therapeutic Areas (TA) and sites the GBU End-to-End inventory optimization plan, assessing opportunities to reduce product cycle-time and safety stock levels from materials to finished goods.

Conducts monthly inventory reviews within the IBP loop (GSR, MBR) and prepares quarterly cash committee reports in collaboration with M&S Finance:

  • Identifies top offenders versus targets and develops mitigation plans to meet year-end goals; reports on progress from inventory initiatives.

Manages End-to-End safety stock policy processes and deliverables:

  • Leads annual safety stock policy revisions considering markets, products, and supply chain dynamics, in partnership with COE Planning.

Co-leads with M&S Finance the Financial Inventory process to enhance inventory's contribution to cash flow:

  • Co-designs and co-facilitates the Finance inventory process (Budget, Strategic Planning, C1, C2).

Experience and skills

  • Solid knowledge of IBP process, with experience working closely with supply planning and manufacturing teams to align inventory strategies with production goals.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. Rigor in execution and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain. APICS certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
