Sanofi is seeking a Head of Vaccines Engineering to lead the GBU M&S Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities department across Sites in France. The role emphasizes Capex governance, asset reliability, and energy efficiency while partnering with global engineering teams.

You will drive strategic execution, develop engineering leaders, and ensure safety and Lean practices across manufacturing assets in the Vaccines unit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years expertise in senior Engineering, large project management
• Corporate function: global or cross-functional experience at high level
• Financial background
• 10+ years of experience in managing / execution of large capital investments in biopharmaceutical industry
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, design of bio/pharma process unit operations

Responsabilités

• Creates, leads, and manages the Vaccines GBU M&S Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities Department, with groups of specialists in Capex, Technical Support, asset reliability and lifecycle
• Oversees Capex portfolio to ensure spending aligns with budget targets
• Supports Clusters and Sites to submit Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects to Investment Committees with adherence to policies
• Provides engineering support to sites operations and develops site technical capabilities
• Contributes to asset reliability, energy efficiency, and CO2 reduction roadmap across Vaccines GBU M&S sites
