Sanofi seeks a Head of Vaccines Engineering & Project Delivery to lead the Vaccines GBU M&S Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities across sites. You will manage Capex, asset lifecycle, and safety, while guiding transformation to lean, cost-efficient delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in senior engineering and large capital investments in biopharma, with global/cross-functional experience and strong leadership capabilities. Fluent English preferred with French/German advised.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior engineering and large project management, with site/country/regional responsibility.
• Five+ years at global or cross-functional level in a high-level management position (plus).
• Financial background and capital investment experience in biopharma.

Responsabilités

• Lead Vaccines GBU M&S Engineering, Maintenance and Utilities Department.
• Oversee Capex projects portfolio and ensure budget targets.
• Support site readiness and cost-effective Tier 1/2 projects.
