V&I Assembler

The V&I Assembler will ensure the production of quality cushions by providing expertise and assistance in all areas of valve, inflate, and IFC assembly. Responsibilities include assembling products using various components according to established procedures and company policies within the assembly department.

Key Tasks

1. Ensuring Quality: Assemble airflow (IFC) control valve components, install IFC to the Quad Select, assemble front and back housings with rivets, check spindle length, and install valves, grommets, and inflate cushions.
2. Training & Development: Assist in training new employees, communicate effectively with team members, participate in root cause analysis, and support cross-training efforts.
3. Maintaining Workflow: Perform valve, inflate, and IFC functions, ensure FIFO on materials, inspect products for defects, and report issues promptly.
4. Quality Service: Minimize error rates, relay quality information, maintain work pace, and meet performance metrics.
