Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative designer to shape high-leverage product experiences. You will design intuitive UI/UX, prototype with AI, and work closely with PMs and engineers from concept to release in a fast-moving, minimally hierarchic environment.

You will use AI tools to clarify intent, surface risks, and iterate quickly, ensuring the best possible product decisions and customer outcomes across our evolving portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent and surface risks.
• Prototype and build with AI to produce frontend code and polished UX.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers from day one through QA and release.
• Validate ideas with customers and measure funnels, retention, and adoption.
• Identify high-impact bets and move fast to deliver value.
