UX/UI Designer
As our UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in understanding our users' needs and experiences, with the aim of designing effective, innovative, meaningful, and user-friendly solutions for healthcare professionals. You’ll design features that improve content discovery, enhance user retention, and drive product adoption — in close collaboration with Product, Tech, Medical, and Growth teams.
This role blends strategic design thinking with hands-on interface creation across mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand HCPs’ & Clients needs, pain points, and usage patterns.
- UX Design: Map user journeys, build wireframes and prototypes for key flows (content discovery, personalization, onboarding, community features, etc.).
- UI Design: Design high-fidelity mockups and UI components that are mobile-first, visually consistent, and aligned with the Juisci brand.
- Design System Management: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CX, Product, Tech, and Medical teams to bring ideas to life, from discovery to delivery.
- User-Centered Experimentation: Support A/B testing and design iterations based on data, feedback, and engagement metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design across responsive web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and modern design tools
- Curiosity to constantly explore and understand new trends and technologies such as AI tools for generating content and aiding user research and sentiment analysis
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate quickly
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and usability principles
- Bonus: experience with motion design, content design, or no-code tools
- Bonus 2: Experience working with or designing for B2B and/or healthcare users is a plus
