The Team

The UX team is responsible for ensuring a consistent and unified experience across all Murex products, aiming to make them simple, intuitive, and visually appealing.

The team collaborates closely with functional experts and development teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet user expectations, while managing the Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across all applications.

Your missions / What you'll do

You will be part of the team responsible for the User Experience across the platform.

As a member of the team, you will:

• Interact with different departments to transform client needs into functional and technical specifications; follow developments and ensure product quality before release.
• Provide User Experience expertise to functional and technical teams involved in the product lifecycle (interviews, mockups, prototypes, design reviews, user tests).
• Share your projects with the UX team to raise collective knowledge and ensure alignment with the Design System.
• Contribute to the Design System by participating in meetings, writing guidelines, and communicating its value and usage.
• Contribute to the deployment of User Experience strategy (UX principles and processes).
• Develop understanding among Murex employees regarding User Experience aspects (trainings, guidelines, workshops).
• Work with UI designers when required by projects (define deliverables and ensure follow-up).

Your profile / Who you are

Graduated with a master's degree in Cognitive Sciences / Ergonomics, with at least 5 years of UX design experience (prior experience in software publishing is a strong asset).

You have worked in a team with other UX and UI designers.

You have used a Design System and ideally participated in its creation and maintenance.

You are comfortable working in a complex, technical environment and are interested in continuous improvement of solutions and processes.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
