The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Cognitive Sciences/Ergonomics and at least 5 years of UX design experience. The Team

The UX team is responsible for ensuring a consistent and unified experience across all Murex products, with the objective of making them simple, intuitive, and visually appealing for users.

The team collaborates closely with functional experts and development teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet user expectations, while managing the Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across all applications.

Your missions/What you'll do?

You will be part of the team responsible for theUser Experience across the MX.3 platform.

As a member of the team, you will:

• Interact with different departments to transform client needs into functional and technical specifications; follow developments and ensure the product quality before it is shipped.
• Provide User Experienceexpertise to functional and technical teams involved in the MX.3 product lifecycle (interviews, mockups, prototypes, design reviews, user tests).
• Share your projects with the UX team to raise the collective level of knowledge and to ensure alignment with the MX.3 Design System.
• Contribute to the Design System by participating in dedicated meetings, by writing guidelines and by communicating about its value and its usage.
• Contribute to the User Experiencestrategy deployment (UX principles and process).
• Develop the understanding of Murex employees regarding User Experience aspects (trainings, guidelines, workshops).
• Work with UI designers when required by the projects (define deliveries and ensure the follow-up).

Your profile/Who you are?

Graduated with a master’s degree in Cognitive Sciences/Ergonomics, with strong knowledge and at least 5 years of experience in UX design (prior experience in the software publishing industry is a strong asset).

You have already worked in a team with other UX and UI designers.

You have experience using a Design System, and ideally have participated in its creation/maintenance.

You are comfortable working in a complex, technical environment and are interested in continuous improvement of solutions and processes.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
