About the role :

As a UX Designer you will be critical in shaping intuitive and user-focused experiences for our platform. Working closely with product managers developers and other designers you will contribute to all stages of the design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes. Your designs will help ensure our tools are accessible engaging and aligned with user needs.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

Contribute to UX Design Projects :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that address complex workflows.

Create wireframes user flows and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

Conduct User Research and Testing :

Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews surveys and usability tests.

Use insights from research to inform and iterate on designs.

Develop High-Fidelity Designs :

Translate concepts into detailed UI designs and ensure consistency with the design system.

Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Improve Navigation and User Journeys :

Optimize user flows and navigation for better usability and engagement.

Leverage analytics and user behavior data to refine and enhance experiences.

Collaborate on Design Systems :

Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system.

Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the platform.

Education Experience & Skills :

Bachelors degree in UX / UI design human-computer interaction (HCI) or a related field.

2-4 years of professional experience in UX design with a focus on creating intuitive digital products.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.

Solid portfolio showcasing experience in wireframing prototyping and high-fidelity design.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
