Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Scheduler for Utility T&D and Substation projects in an in-office role. You will develop and manage Primavera P6 schedules for transmission, substations, and renewable initiatives, ensuring baselines and execution strategies are met.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to build cost- and resource-loaded schedules, perform critical path analyses, and track KPIs and cash flow for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting utility transmission lines and substations
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
• Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning for utility projects
• Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
• Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards
