Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Project Scheduler to support APX EMEA FEED and early-stage projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules in line with Project Controls standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure schedules reflect scope, milestones, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience in complex engineering/energy/nuclear projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, including baselining, resource and cost loading, progress measurement, and critical path analysis.
• Experience supporting FEED, engineering, or early-stage project development is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost-schedule integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for FEED and early-stage projects using Primavera P6, including WBS structures, logic networks, milestones, baselines, resource and cost loading, and progress measurement.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and other project functions to ensure alignment with project scope and execution strategy.
• Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and critical path assessments to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential impacts to key project milestones.
• Provide schedule performance reporting, variance analysis, and early warning indicators while supporting mitigation and recovery planning activities.
• Ensure effective integration between scheduling, cost management, and other Project Controls disciplines.
• Support schedule baseline development, reviews, and implementation of Project Controls standards, methodologies, and processes across the EMEA portfolio.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes through schedule integration, progress measurement, and performance analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to Project Controls tools, reporting, and scheduling practices.]
