Eddyfi Technologies France seeks an Ultrasound Applications Expert based in Paris to support UT/PAUT inspection programs. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and customers, applying hands-on field knowledge to deliver effective ultrasonic solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on field inspections, customer training, and cross-team collaboration, with travel across EMEA & APAC as required. Strong English skills and a science/engineering background are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• 8+ years of hands-on UT inspection experience in the field.
• Proven UT/PAUT field experience in industrial settings.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train staff and write clear technical reports.
• Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA & APAC.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team during demonstrations, customer visits, and technical calls.
• Analyze customer needs to propose standard products or collaborate on custom solutions.
• Perform technical feasibility tests to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements.
• Train customers on product usage through hands-on sessions and materials.
• Provide post-sales on-site technical support and issue resolution.
• Create technical content with marketing and participate in conferences.
