Eddyfi Technologies seeks an Expert Applications – Ultrasons for in-depth UT/PAUT product application knowledge. Based in Paris, you will support sales, analyze customer needs, and develop tailored solutions with field experience across industrial inspections.

You will train customers, provide on-site support, create technical content, and collaborate with R&D to evolve products. Frequent travel within EMEA/APAC is expected.

Qualifications

• UT/PAUT inspections in the field required.
• COFREND certification (ISO 9712) Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales team during demonstrations and technical calls.
• Analyze customer requirements to recommend standard or tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical feasibility tests to meet performance standards.
• Train customers in product use with practical sessions and materials.
• Provide after‑sales technical support, including on-site troubleshooting.
• Create technical content with marketing (blogs, webinars, workshops).
• Participate in conferences to showcase technical expertise.
• Coordinate semi‑customized projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support production by improving technical documentation and transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D for field feedback and product evolution.
