We are currently seeking a "Usineur-Fraiseur" (Machinist-Milling Operator) H/F for one of our clients.

Location: Lauterbourg (67)

As an Usineur-Fraiseur, you will play a key role within your organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the production, reproduction, or repair of a part that conforms to a plan, a model part, or raw material, machined into a finished/processed piece, optimizing its execution according to QSSE standards.

Main activities include:
-Understanding and applying procedures, safety, and environmental measures
-Following operational instructions and programming
-Selecting cutting tools and associated programs
-Performing tests and adjusting settings
-Carrying out machining operations on nearly unique parts using CNC machine tools
-Monitoring the progress of successive operations
-Verifying the calibration of measurement and lifting instruments before use
-Performing dimensional control
-Maintaining tools and equipment
-Conducting first-level preventive maintenance
-Reporting issues and malfunctions

The position operates on a 2x8 shift schedule.

Candidates should have a background in machining, be able to read and interpret plans, and be skilled in machining techniques, materials, cutting conditions, measurement and control tools, and other relevant skills.
