PayFit, une entreprise innovante dans la gestion des paies, recherche un Apprenti Chercheur Utilisateur pour rejoindre son équipe Design. Ce rôle vous permettra d'apprendre à comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et à contribuer à la création de produits impactants. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique et bénéficierez d'une flexibilité de travail, tout en développant vos compétences en recherche et en design.

About the role

We're looking for aUser Researcher Apprenticeto join our Design team and help us better understand the needs, behaviors, and expectations of our users. At PayFit, we design tools that simplify payroll and HR management for thousands of European companies. Your role will be to support our research efforts so we can create better, more impactful products.

You’ll work closely with product designers, product managers, and all product people doing user research to contribute to a user-centered product development process. You’ll also collaborate with our Design Ops team to help scale our research practices, improve our internal processes, and make research more accessible across the company.

This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to learn how research drives design and strategy in a fast-paced SaaS environment while contributing to the foundations of a mature, design-led organization.

What You’ll Do

- Help document processes, templates, and best practices for user research and design ops

- Collaborate with our Design Ops team to scale research capabilities and improve internal workflows.

- Assist in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user interviews, usability tests, and surveys.

- Support participant recruitment, scheduling, and incentive management

- Help analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights

- Learn how to identify patterns, key pain points, and opportunity areas

- Support the documentation and sharing of research findings across teams

- Keep an eye on AI trends and suggest new ways we could use AI to enhance our practice

This job has been tailored for you if

You meet the following requirements :

- You’re currently enrolled in a relevant program (UX design, psychology, sociology, HCI, etc.) and looking for anapprenticeship (alternance)

- You’re curious, empathetic, and love asking “why?”

- You have some basic knowledge of UX research methods and are eager to learn more

- You’re comfortable working in French and English (spoken and written)

- Bonus: You’re familiar with tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, or Typeform?

- You are curious and motivated to explore how AI can transform research and design workflows

- Located in Paris, with possibilities to enjoy our WFA policy

- You’re a team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

- You want to work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and on strategic topics

- Working remotely does not scare you, and video conferencing is no secret to you

2.Interview with Margaux, Lead User Researcher, and Damien, Design Ops Manager (45 mins)

3.Last interview with members of the Design team (30 mins)
