ThunderSoft is seeking a User Research Intern in Paris, France. You will support user and market research initiatives across multiple product categories, contributing to data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Join a global product center focusing on consumer electronics and smart devices, with close collaboration to product managers and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of user research methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into insights.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and market trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and French (C1/C2) - both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Support consumer research across the full product lifecycle, translating insights into inputs for portfolio planning and product definition.
• Conduct deep-dive consumer research based on user needs to identify opportunities for innovation and experience upgrades.
• Identify user goals and device requirements to define directions for feature development and experiences.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods, big data, and market intelligence in partnership with product teams.
