User Acquisition Coordinator Nordics – Denmark/Sweden/Norway

Important: This role is open to candidates based in Paris, Milan, Berlin, or Madrid, with alternative locations including Oslo, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.

Is this the role for you?

We are seeking a User Acquisition Coordinator to join our International Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving Monthly Active Users for our Scandinavian regional cluster (Denmark/Sweden/Norway) across Pluto TV International by managing and analyzing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a first experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media channels as well as a highly analytical mentality.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, App, and CTV platforms to drive MAUs.
2. Budgeting and Reporting: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to enhance business results. Provide regular performance reports and insights to collaborators.
3. Testing and Experimentation: Continuously test and refine strategies within existing or new platforms to improve user acquisition efforts.
4. Asset Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and deployment of marketing assets across all channels, ensuring uniformity with brand guidelines.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze user acquisition data to inform budget allocations and campaign strategies. Optimize user acquisition channels based on cost-per-acquisition and ROAS metrics.
6. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team, including brand, content and programming, creative, finance, business intelligence, and ad sales.
7. Invoice Management: Raise purchase orders for campaign spend and ensure vendors / partners are paid on time.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

1. 2-3+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
2. Cultural background and fluency in English and Swedish or Danish or Norwegian.
3. Experience with biddable/programmatic platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
2. Detailed with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously.
3. A plus, previous experience on App tracking or using MMPs and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
