Job Title: BlackLine Certified Consultant

Location :: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a BlackLine Certified Consultant to join our team and support clients in automating and optimizing their financial close processes using the BlackLine platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience with financial systems integration, and hands-on knowledge of BlackLine modules such as Account Reconciliations, Task Management, Journal Entries, Transaction Matching, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation of BlackLine solutions for clients across various industries.
• Configure and customize BlackLine modules to meet client requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define business processes, data mappings, and system integration points.
• Conduct system testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support.
• Assist in developing project plans and deliverables for BlackLine implementations or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional/technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and IT

Required Qualifications:

• BlackLine Certification (e.g., BlackLine Fundamentals, Implementation Certification, or specific module certification).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with BlackLine, including implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and the financial close process.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CMA, or similar professional accounting certification.
• Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or mid-tier consulting firm.
• Experience with automation tools and financial transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.
