Job summary

AEG Power Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager Commercial & Compact UPS to establish and expand relationships with new customers, drive sales, and explore markets in France, Italy and Spain.

You will build a sustainable presence in Data & IT sectors, collaborate with IT wholesalers and system integrators, and work with product marketing and service teams to deliver competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with relevance to sales.
• 7+ years of sales experience in power electronics or related.
• Knowledge of commercial and contract law.
• English at C1 level.
• Experience with CRM, ERP/SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify new partners and distributors for the AEG PS standard UPS range.
• Establish, develop and maintain productive relationships with new customers.
• Achieve the sales targets for this product range in the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in France & Italy and Spain.
• Establish AEG PS permanent market presence in the Data & IT sector, working with IT wholesalers and system integrators.
• Identify and establish new sales channels for commercial & compact UPSs in building infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing sectors.
• Analyze new market segments to develop the sales plan and ensure growth with focus on Spain, France and Italy.
• Investigate market trends to help the company in market strategy.
• Define and execute sales plans and maintain information in CRM.
