Job summary

MaiaSpace is seeking an AIT Delivery Engineer to join agile teams responsible for the Upper Stage of the Maia Launch Vehicle. You will oversee the preparation and execution of the Upper Stage integration sequence in our factory and act as a crucial liaison between various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Your tasks include preparing the macro schedule, building the optimal sequence of operations, coordinating with Industrialization and Procurement, and

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• English proficiency to read and write technical documentation and to present orally.
• Experience in launcher integration and testing is appreciated.
• Proficiency in CAD & PDM software, especially SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Method Team, Shopfloor and Upper Stage Team to ensure alignment.
• Prepare the macro schedule and optimal sequence for the Upper Stage integration.
• Coordinate with Industrialization Leader and Procurement to accelerate hardware delivery.
• Define functional controls and key characteristics for the stage.
• Review assembly procedures with Methods Team and write the stage user manual.
• Build the Check Out Logic of the stage in collaboration with Methods Team.
• Drive anomaly handling and coordinate with cross-functional engineers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations during integration and testing.
