• Familiarity with SAN switch (Fabric).
• Backup management experience.
• Experience with ELK stack.

Responsabilités

We are seeking for a UNIX System Administrator to fill the position to join our team at a client’s facility in Lille, Hauts-de-France, France.

• 4 days onsite
• Years of experience: 5+years

Overview:

The role is to strengthen the administration and management of AIX systems, Linux, Kubernetes environments, and storage solutions. The mission includes the installation, configuration, maintenance and resolution of incidents, as well as the provision of infrastructure for internal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administer AIX, Linux, and Storage systems
• Maintain and evolve system environments
• Install and configure systems
• Handle alerts, incidents, and problems
• Provide infrastructure for projects
• Prepare and maintain infrastructure documentation
• Report interventions and incidents (JIRA)
• Maintain system and process references
• Participate in on-call rotations and interventions outside business hours, including weekends

Mandatory skills:

• Expertise in Linux/AIX administration
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Knowledge of NetApp, Datadomain, IBM storage solutions
• Familiarity with SAN switch (Fabric)
• Backup management
• Experience with ELK stack

Appreciated skills:

• Incident and problem management
• Automation and scripting
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)
