Within the General Directorate of Technical Services, you will lead the building engineering department, shared with the Vichy Agglomeration Community. You will manage a team of 11 agents responsible for:
You will oversee strategic management of the built heritage (180 buildings), playing a key role in planning and budgeting of work programs. You will coordinate, ensure coherence, relevance, efficiency, and responsiveness of the service's actions. You should be capable of conducting economic studies and feasibility analyses.
You possess strong managerial and interpersonal skills, energy, and a commitment to sustainable challenges. You are solution-oriented and attentive to user needs.
You have proven experience leading a building engineering department and managing building projects. Knowledge of public procurement law, MOP law, CCAG works and PI, and building regulations and standards is essential. Proficiency in office tools is required.
