Job overview: The autonomy department is responsible for strategic planning of departmental policies for elderly and disabled persons. It is competent to:

  • Inform users with loss of autonomy and their families about their rights, benefits, in coordination with partners and local services.
  • Receive user requests, process them, and assess their needs for autonomy compensation.
  • Manage and disburse compensation allowances.
  • Propose pathways and support for autonomy loss by mobilizing departmental and local partnerships, innovative solutions, and contributing to environmental adaptation to aging and disability challenges.

Position mission: Within a multidisciplinary team, the medical-social secretary is responsible for:

  • Managing the secretariat for evaluators of assigned devices.
  • Assisting the head and deputy of the service in daily team management.

Tasks and working conditions: Organize team activities, schedule visits, manage evaluations, and handle administrative duties related to autonomy support services.
