Job summary

Projecttech Algerie is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager for underground networks in France. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from studies to final acceptance, coordinating contractors and stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Significant project management experience in civil works.
• Knowledge of energy distribution infrastructure is preferred.
• Valid Category B driving license for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering operations for underground networks.
• Follow up technical, administrative, financial and contractual aspects.
• Ensure costs, deadlines and contractual commitments are met.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out technical studies and analyze site constraints.
• Define technical solutions and prepare specs for contractors.
• Verify studies comply with standards and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate works with contractors and partners.
• Monitor site execution and lead technical discussions.
• Control quality and schedule compliance; accept completed works.
