Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Public Works, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Manager in public lighting or outdoor electrical networks.
• Good knowledge of public procurement and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong financial and contractual management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of public lighting projects.
• Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in tender submissions and bid consultations.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals.
• Ensure the contractual and financial management of projects.
• Organize, plan, and supervise the different phases of projects.
• Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Monitor performance indicators and project profitability.
• Identify project risks and implement the necessary corrective actions.
• Lead and support site managers and operational teams.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Participate in site meetings and monitor project progress.
• Ensure the proper technical execution of the works through final acceptance.
• Act as the interface with local authorities, clients, and partners.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with contracting authorities and clients.
• Identify new business development opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
