Job summary

Projecttech Algerie seeks a Public Lighting Site Manager to oversee industrial worksites in France. You will coordinate field teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

You will analyse technical files, plan interventions, monitor resources, and act as the interface with clients and authorities. Strong leadership, rigorous planning, and on-site decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent+2 to +5 years of site management experience.
• Significant site management experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in LV, MV, or EIA environments and systems.
• Proven experience coordinating worksites, teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to monitor technical, organizational and financial aspects of operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize operations before the start of the works.
• Coordinate resources and supervise subcontractors and field teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule compliance on site.
• Monitor progress and report to clients and business stakeholders.
• Act as interface with clients, local authorities and partners.
