INNOV’IA, leader dans le développement d'ingrédients, recherche un Responsable sécurité environnement en CDI à La Rochelle. Vous serez chargé de la mise en œuvre de la politique HSE, de la conformité réglementaire et de la gestion des risques. Ce poste nécessite un Bac +5 et une expérience en milieux industriels. Responsable sécurité environnement H/F

Statut cadre, CDI temps plein, basé à La Rochelle (17)

Votre Profil

Vous êtes une personne de terrain, vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, des capacités de communication et le goût des relations humaines. Vous faites preuve d’ouverture d’esprit, de rigueur et travaillez en autonomie. Vous êtes proactif et avez le sens de l’urgence.

Vous êtes un leader reconnu, avez la capacité à fédérer et à instaurer une culture HSE durable.

Votre activité professionnelle est pour vous l’occasion de satisfaire votre curiosité.

Vous exercerez vos fonctions sous la responsabilité du Directeur de Site et en transversal du Directeur QHSE d’INNOV’IA et ses filiales. De manière occasionnelle, vous pourrez être amené(e) à vous déplacer sur les autres sites des filiales d’INNOV’IA.

Vos missions principales seront : (liste non exhaustive)

• Déployer et animer la politique HSE d’INNOV’IA et filiales
• Gérer le système de management HSE, notamment avoir de bonnes notions des référentiels réglementaires HSE et des normes ISO 14001, ISO 45001 et IOS 50001
• Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance HSE et assurer un reporting régulier
• Participer aux comités de pilotage (projet Safe, pilotage journalier usine, CODIR mensuel, pilotage projet)
• Assurer la conformité réglementaire, suivre les évolutions législatives et gérer les relations avec les autorités en collaboration avec le responsable HSE Groupe (DREAL, inspection du travail, etc.)
• Évaluer les risques professionnels (DUERP, ATEX, chimique, incendie, bruit, RPS, etc.) et piloter les plans de prévention
• Animer les formations et sensibilisations HSE auprès des équipes terrain, des prestataires, des nouveaux arrivants et notamment l’accueil intérimaire en lien avec les services production/qualité/RH
• Accompagner les managers dans l’application quotidienne des bonnes pratiques HSE, dans le suivi et la clôture des situations à risque
• Être proactif dans la gestion des plans d’action et la gestion des CAPA
• Réagir rapidement en cas d'incident : gestion des situations d’urgence, analyse des causes et mise en place de mesures préventives
• Réaliser et/ou participer aux audits HSE
• Manager l’équipe HSE : deux techniciennes SE et d’un agent environnement
  
  

Formation

• Bac +5 dans le domaine HSE avec expérience de 5 sur un poste similaire idéalement acquise en milieu industriel (chimie et/ou agroalimentaire)
• Connaissances solides en gestion des produits dangereux, exposition des travailleurs ICPE et ESP
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, logiciels HSE, GMAO, etc.).
