Open to contractual staff; the position is primarily available through a statutory route. Non-public service laureates may be recruited directly as this is an entry-level grade (category C) without a competitive exam.
Full-time position, no telework.

Work location: Site in Poitiers, administrative residence in Surgères, Department 17, LP PAYS D'AUNIS, under the authority of the President of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region.
Resources provided: Personal protective equipment, maintenance tools, cleaning supplies, maintenance guide.
Autonomous or team work across multiple establishments; mandatory safety gear; handling detergents; moving equipment and furniture; minor manual tasks.
Working hours: 1607 hours/year, with potential adjustments as needed.
Knowledge: Safety rules, regulations for public buildings, organizational knowledge of public service, environmental standards, safety and hygiene norms, eco-responsibility principles.
