ANTENOR Executive Search, Conseil en Resources Humaines, recruits for the European leader in Medical Diagnostics in the position of:

• Biologiste Médical / TS

As a biologist, you will report to the President of the SELAS and join the Toulouse laboratory (31), which handles approximately 1200 cases per day. The laboratory is multisite, with a versatile technical platform and several specialties, including bacteriology and ART (with certification for sperm preparation for insemination).

Your responsibilities include conducting necessary biological procedures, ensuring quality control and accreditation standards, always prioritizing patient and medical staff interests. Your main missions are:

• Overseeing all biological acts within a diagnostic and therapeutic approach
• Managing the laboratory's medical team
• Modifying or completing medical prescriptions if needed
• Validating biological results
• Communicating results appropriately to prescribers and patients, providing consultation
• Establishing and managing schedules
• Participating in professional meetings and cross-functional missions
• Ensuring proper management of patient biological records
• Managing information and communication within the laboratory
• Implementing actions for quality system development

You should be a doctor or pharmacist specialized in Medical Biology with a DES degree or equivalent (CES). Recognized for your interpersonal skills and team spirit. An interest in parallel missions (HR, Quality, Innovation) is appreciated. The position is open to junior profiles, with a training plan provided.
