Job summary

One Mobility GmbH in Europe is seeking a Process Engineer specialized in ultrasonic welding to lead local processes and collaborate across plants. You will drive process development, standardization, and problem solving to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 2–5 years in process engineering, and knowledge of automotive core tools. Fluent English is essential, German is a plus. Travel up to 40% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 2-5 years in process engineering.
• Experience with ultrasonic welding is nice to have.
• Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP).
• IATF 16949 knowledge would help.
• Fluent English required; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead local process engineering activities for ultrasonic welding.
• Define, standardize, and improve global process standards.
• Own end-to-end process responsibilities across product lifecycle.
• Support RFQ and participate in FAT/SAT activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
