Autoneum Holding AG is seeking an Automotive Project Quality Engineer (M/F) to support projects through SOP handover and ensure quality compliance throughout the development cycle. You will work in a demanding automotive environment with project, production, and quality teams, including international clients.

You will lead quality audits, participate in project reviews, and drive quality dashboards while training teams on new project requirements.

Qualifications

• As stated, engineering degree or equivalent training is required.
• Professional-level English and ability to lead reviews in English.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standard is required.
• Ability to read technical drawings is essential.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quality audits during the project phase.
• Participate in project reviews by providing a critical assessment of deliverables and processes.
• Oversee the handover from the project phase to series production (SOP), ensuring a smooth transition to the quality and production teams.
• Organize quality activities related to the transition to mass production.
• Develop and monitor project quality dashboards.
• Train operators and quality teams on the requirements of new projects.
• Identify risks, define action plans, and ensure their follow-up.
• Serve as the quality point of contact for project teams until mass production begins.

Automotive Project Quality Engineer (M/F) – Permanent Position

As part of a replacement hire, we are seeking a Project Quality Engineer to support our projects through to the handover to series production (SOP) and ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the development cycle.

You will work in a demanding automotive environment, collaborating with project, production, and quality teams as well as international clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits during the project phase.
• Participate in project reviews by providing a critical assessment of deliverables and processes.
• Oversee the handover from the project phase to series production (SOP), ensuring a smooth transition to the quality and production teams.
• Organize quality activities related to the transition to mass production.
• Develop and monitor project quality dashboards.
• Train operators and quality teams on the requirements of new projects.
• Identify risks, define action plans, and ensure their follow-up.
• Serve as the quality point of contact for project teams until mass production begins.

Your Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent training.
• Significant experience in project quality in the automotive industry.
• You are able to hit the ground running and integrate into an ongoing project.
• Proficiency in project-based work and the various development phases through to SOP.
• Good understanding of the project handover to series production.
• Proficiency in the 5 Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), MSA, and SPC.
• Knowledge of the IATF 16949 quality standard.
• Ability to read technical drawings is essential.
• Professional-level English is required: you will participate in and lead project reviews in English.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
