About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Social Listening & Insights Specialist to join our vendor team. In this role, you’ll leverage cutting-edge tools and deep platform knowledge to uncover actionable insights that drive brand strategy, campaign performance, and consumer understanding.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools
  • Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data
  • Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
  • Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends
  • Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each
  • Proven experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar
  • Ability to write and optimize Boolean queries for deep-dive insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour
  • Native level proficiency in Ukrainian (essential)
  • Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
