Job summary

Bump is seeking a Content Specialist to lead UK content efforts from our Paris office. You’ll own creator partnerships, craft high-performing TikToks and UGC-style ads, and test bold ideas to drive growth.

You’ll move quickly, iterate on campaigns, and collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in a fast-moving environment. English fluency and UK living experience are required, with on-site work in Paris.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Grow the UK market and own UK content outreach.
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the UK market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of British creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top British creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Write briefs and provide notes to external creators.
