Bump in Paris is seeking a Content Specialist who lives and breathes short-form content, TikTok trends, and Dutch online culture.

You’ll own the Dutch market, lead creators, and craft high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads while collaborating with growth, distribution, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role in Paris requires a hands-on, experimental mindset to turn ideas into scalable campaigns that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Experience producing content for ads (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Dutch creator landscape.
• Dutch language and English language proficiency.
• Willingness to work in person in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in the Netherlands and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Dutch market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Dutch creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to translate content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
