Bump in Paris is seeking a Content Specialist to own the Nordic market. You’ll lead all content and creator initiatives, craft high-performing TikToks and UGC ads, and build a pipeline of Nordic creators. You’ll work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into strong performance, and you’ll stay ahead of trends that drive growth.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving, hands-on team in Paris, crafting culturally tuned content and testing bold ideas to captivate audiences across the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content across brands, agencies or creators.
• Experience producing ads (UGC) and guiding creator collaborations.
• Ability to give actionable, constructive creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Nordic creator landscape.
• A Nordic language plus English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Grow Bump in the Nordic countries and own the market strategy.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Nordic market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a Nordic creator pipeline.
• Run influencer campaigns with Nordic creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to convert content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in Paris with growth, distribution, and product teams.
• Shape creative direction and support Nordic activations.
